I'm doing this because
I'm arrogant enough to think people are entitled to what I think.
I have made this blog because I think there exists a psychological undercurrent of value to all writing and photography. If you use that camera or laptop you bought to create something and position it publicly, you now owe the world an explanation. It doesn’t have to be as forward as what I am typing in my cluttered, dimly lit, office.
It can be self evident or subtle, only noticed as an after taste from digesting the theme, or as confrontational as a Shakespeare monologue. Either way, if you are lucky enough to make something interesting, you will be forced to address the global congregation of humanity about your machinations.
You have introduced one more thing to a world that is increasingly cluttered, and you did it by stealing from them. So the question remains in my mind. Knowing there is a cost to other people for my expression, what do I have to show that’s worth hearing?
Honestly, it might only be my internal contradictions. I think it’s enough to be interesting. If it’s not. I’m sorry for stealing your ideas and your memory.
